Technique is the key to success at the highest levels of soccer. Desire, athleticism, and opportunity play a big part in reaching each successive level, but when everything else is in place the thing players have the most control over is technical ability. This means ball mastery, which includes using every part of your foot to manipulate the ball, and being able to bring balls down out of the air using any part of the body. We believe that ball mastery is very similar to language mastery. The younger you start learning a language the more likely you are to speak the language fluently. As soon as you are comfortable and confident on the ball, you can play faster and not be concerned about maintaining control of the ball.

In the technical training players will be grouped by technical ability and age.
The goal of the players should be to do the drills while sustaining  a clean touch and play at the fastest pace possible.
